It is used for continuously extruding and sheeting plasticated rubber, master batch and final batch into as a downstream auxiliary of internal mixer.
1.It consists of twin screw extruder and two roll sheeting machine.
2.Sheeting machine part is portable ,which is convenient to maintenance and clean.
3.Sloping structure at the bottom of machine make rubber flow smoothly and reduce inner cavity residue.
4.Surface of screw ,barrel, hopper is coated with wear resistant alloy to enhance service life.
